1. Who we are

“FollowersDelivery”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of followersdelivery.com. You can reach us at support@followersdelivery.com. Other business details can be requested by email.

2. What we sell

Single-purchase packages that add to an Instagram or TikTok profile’s follower total, or to the like total on one Instagram post or reel or one TikTok video. We do not sell engagement from specific people, audiences in specific countries, or any guaranteed outcome such as reach, sales or account features.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must be 18 or over.
• You may only order for accounts and content you own or are authorized to manage.
• The target account, post or video must be public and stay public, with the same username, until delivery finishes.
• You are responsible for deciding whether an order is appropriate for you, including under Instagram’s and TikTok’s rules and any law that applies to you. If you use followers for business, check the rules where you live; in the US this includes the Federal Trade Commission’s rules on fake social media indicators.
• You must not use our service for content that is illegal, hateful, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

4. Prices and payment

Every price is a US-dollar amount, locked at the moment you order. Payment is taken in full, once, on a secure hosted checkout. There are no subscriptions. Cards in other currencies are converted at the issuing bank’s rate, plus any fee it charges.

5. Delivery

Orders normally enter the delivery queue minutes after payment and then arrive gradually, over hours or days according to size. The delivery times published on this site are typical ranges, not guarantees. Delivery can pause during platform-wide clean-ups or busy periods.

6. Refills

Where a delivered count falls during the 30 days after the final batch, we restore it to the ordered amount at no charge when asked, provided the target is still public and unchanged. Details are on the refill page.

7. Refunds

Delivered followers and likes cannot be returned. Any part of an order we cannot deliver is refunded. The refund policy forms part of these terms.

8. Platform rules and risk

Instagram and TikTok prohibit artificially inflating engagement. Followers or likes may be removed by the platforms, and in rare cases accounts may be restricted. We do not guarantee that an account will not be affected, and we are not responsible for actions the platforms take. We never ask for passwords.

9. Liability

As far as the law permits, what we owe on any order is capped at its price, and we do not answer for knock-on losses such as missed earnings or deals. Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived remain untouched by these terms.

10. Changes

These terms can change over time; an order is governed by the wording live on the day it was placed.
