The 30-day refill, explained
Some attrition is normal. Inside the first month after delivery, a single email brings your count topped back up to what you paid for.
If your follower or like count falls in the 30 days that follow the last batch, one email with the ord_ reference restores it to the amount ordered, at no charge. The account or post has to still be public.
Why counts drop at all
Instagram and TikTok both remove accounts they judge to be fake or inactive, and they remove likes and follows those accounts made. These sweeps happen continuously, with occasional larger waves. Some of the accounts in any follower package will be caught over time. Anyone who says their followers never drop is either mistaken or not telling you the truth.
How the refill works
- Notice the drop. Compare your count with what it was when delivery finished. A small wobble of a few followers is normal everyday unfollowing; a clear drop is what the refill covers.
- Write to support@followersdelivery.com quoting the order reference and an estimate of the shortfall.
- We top it up to the delivered total for that package. Refills are paced the same way as the original order.
What the refill covers, and what it doesn’t
| Covered | Not covered |
|---|---|
| Drops in the 30 days after delivery finishes | Drops after the 30-day window |
| Followers or likes from the package you bought | Followers you had before the order |
| Public accounts, posts and videos | Accounts made private, or posts and videos that were deleted |
| As many refill requests as you need within 30 days | Changing the target to a different account or post |
The refill tops up to the number you ordered, measured against your count when delivery finished. It doesn’t add followers beyond the package, and it can’t protect against unfollows by people you gained in other ways.
Refill versus refund
A refill is for drops after delivery. A refund is for anything we couldn’t deliver in the first place: if an order can’t be completed, the undelivered part is refunded to your card. The refund policy sets out both.
Making a refill less likely to be needed
- Keep orders in proportion to your account. Very large jumps are more likely to be noticed by clean-ups.
- Leave the account public and keep posting; a living account looks like a living account.
- Don’t use follow/unfollow apps or other automation alongside an order.
Choose a size; the queue picks it up minutes after checkout.
